Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customers cover the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchanges: We pay the shipping cost to send the replacement back to you (UK orders only).
Refunds
- We’ll inspect your return and confirm if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- We can exchange your order for another size, colour, or product after we receive and review the original item.
- Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested product isn’t in stock, a refund will be provided instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
